Return Policies

 Customer Policy is:
Mistakes happen, if I make a mistake, notify me and I will fix it, or refund your money. 
If this is the case, please email me so I can do what I can to resolve your issue.

Return Policy:

• I will gladly accept returns within 30 days of when you received your order.
• You must email me letting me know that you are returning an item. 
• I do not accept returns on consumable items: used sage, used incense, used oils, used spell kits and burnt candles.
• Items returned must be in resellable condition, with the exception of amulets. Amulets can be returned within 30 days of receiving item, for any reason, even if they are used.
• Refunds are processed once we receive the returned item or items, except in rare cases I do not refund shipping charges. Refunds are usually refunded directly through the payment processor.

Broken Package Policy:
If you received your item and it was broken, please take a photo of the package and item and email it to me. I will do what we can to get your items delivered safely to you. 

I Care Policy:
I am a hard working person, just like you.  I will communicate and work with you like a human being with dignity and respect. If you have any issues or concerns please let me know, I will do everything I can to resolve your issue.
